ASUS MALAYSIA

jarang apiz dpt update blog skrg ni..
mmg bnyk cerita apiz nk kongsi dgn korg...
hurm..
tp nk wat mcm ne..
laptop apiz still xok sejak hantar kt ASUS ROYAL CLUB yg terok tu...
apiz bkn nk ckp ape la...
korg bayang kn..
spatut nye b4 diorg letak LCD yg bru kt notebook customer diorg..
diorg kna la cek dulu yg LCD bru tu bebas dri segala masalah..
ni x...
LCD bru tu ade bright spot..
ble apiz suruh diorg tukar..
diorg cuma ckp..
kurang dri 3 titik..
xblh tukar...
but now salah sape?
apiz ade technician diorg yg bodoh pasang LCD bru tu xcek dulu??
klu korg nk tau je...
apiz dh ade 4 service form...
dh tukar motherboard, LCD, LCD cover, keyboard, HDD and speaker..
mula2 yg rosak motherboard gan LCD je..
tp yg buat keje tutgn mcm ape je...
abis bnda2 lain pn jadi rosak...
xrti wat keje ke???
apiz mmg dh geram gile...
cll HOTLINE number diorg pn cam sial je..
susah sgt...
apiz cll ASUS MALAYSIA terus...
and gurl yg jawap tu bg apiz 3 email..
utuk departmen asus yg uruskn kes brkaitan mcm ni..
and utk Manager Asus Malaysia..
tp apiz wat gak report kt NCCC (Pusat Khidmat Aduan Pengguna Nasional)..
nk sgt main2 dgn apiz kn??
huh!
klu ASUS ckp dia lg bagus dri ACER...
apiz rasa ACER lg bagus dri ASUS...
baik g buang je No.1 In Quality ans Service tu...
terok sgt2!!!

  2. asus bst gak... yg Jay Chow tu lebih kurang je dgn N43JM ni... overall.. sound dia mmg bst la.. deep bass and clear... klu nk complain kt asus ke ape.. pg kt my.asus.com and support... :)
