COMPLAIN

 adakah masalah laptop apiz akan selesai??
hurm..
harap2 selesai la...
dh penat apiz nk jejakkn kaki kt asus service center tu...
baru2 ni apiz ade cll Asus Service Manager..
ckp sndri dgn manager diorg...
then manager dia ckp dia akn trus siasat hal ni and rujuk kt engineer dia..
dia ckp engineer dia akn cll apiz..
klu x cll..
apiz blh cll dia sndri...
so..
tgu pnya tgu..
smapi kol 6 ptg..
xde sebarang panggilan..
apiz pn cll manager dia smla...
tp xdijawab..
xpe la.. myb dia bz kot?
brape minit pastu...
dia cll apiz...
dia ckp..
dia dh suruh engineer dia g tukar LCD tu..
tp kna tgu skit..
sbab xde stock..
fuh...
lega hati apiz..
tu la korg...
aku dh ckp awal2...
g tukar...
korg xnk gak tukar..
xabis2 ckp sal asus nye warranty cuma blh wat klu titik lebih dri 3..
masalah nye kau bg costumer LCD yg xelok..
pastu ble costumer suruh tukar blik..
korg xnk..
igt aku ni bodoh sgt??..
papepn pn..
b4 ni apiz ade wat aduan kt web asus sndri..
dan ke esokkn hari nye pas apiz cll manager tu..
apiz dpt email dri asus...

atas sebab2 yg brlaku, laptop apiz xdpt nk dihidupkn..
jd apiz antr service.
problem :
-cannot power ON (AC and Battery)
-have white line on LCD after close the back light for a few hour (but when open programe or tab, the line will gone.)

solution:
-change motherboard
-change LCD
-format Windows 7

masa apiz nk amik laptop apiz..
apiz cek dulu bahagian2 yg dia bukak...
apiz dapati cangkuk pada cover LCD dh patah..
problem:
-Customer was here for collection but found out the hock in top left side cover is broken because of technicion's mistake. Fix the problem for free.

solution:
-change the LCD cover

masa apiz ambik laptop apiz..
apiz tgk dia dh tukar LCD cover..
so apiz trus bwk pg kluar and lepak kt McD kejap utk tgk ape yg dia buat kot2 ade maalsh lain..
masa apiz tgh on9.
apiz perasan ade problem bru..
problem:
-got dot on the screen
-keyboard problem (P is not working)

solution:
-change keyboard

masa apiz nk ambik..
apiz trkejut gak..
dia cuma tukar keyboard je..
LCD lak xwat pape..
still ade titik putih..
so wat la report skali lagi..
tapi di tambah dgn problem baru yg prnah brlaku sebelum laptop apiz wat hal..
problem:
-LCD has a very small dot.
-Blue Screen Problem. (sebenar nye apiz just suruh cek je, kot2 tu masalah windows)
-Right side speaker is noisy. (ni pn apiz just suruh cek je, sbab kadang2 dia ade mcm bising skit.. tp ble dh restart windows. dia ok lak.. so xtau audio card tu problem or windows problem, or audio software problem, or speaker tu yg problem??)

solution:
-change HDD (Blue Screen Problem) [order from overseas]

-change speaker (Bang & Olufsen) [order from overseas]
-change LCD (ni yg pling apiz geram skali. diorg xnk tukar. cll asus hotline pn ckp sal warranty je. last2 apiz cll Asus Malaysia then diorg suruh wat email complain kt department and manager diorg. pastu diorg bg lak no HP Asus Service Manager, coz dia ckp org ni blih tolong apiz. yup.. org ni la yg suruh engineer asus tu g tukar LCD apiz dgn yg baru.)

so..
apiz harap2 nti dh siap semua ni..
xde masalah lain lg..
dh penat apiz nk g Asus Royal Club tu..
duit pn bnyk abis..
huh!...

sbab dh tolong apiz..

(disebab kn apiz xdpt transfer pic tu dri hp ke pc dan try cri kt intrnet pn xdpt [kt mana tah minah tu dpt pic tu pn apiz xtau.. hahaha].. so apiz gantikn dgn pic yg lain but still the same guy.)

  3. laptop saye sudah 3 tahun dan nothing problem seperti ko kucing, dah macam transformers plak tukar tu tukar nie hahahaha =P
